It was well known that ASP.NET AJAX Extensions and the FileUpload Control DO NOT WORK TOGETHER... But now you can make them work!!!!

The fileUpload control still have problems working with Ajax,..
this video demonstrates how to use ajax with fileUpload as UI, but still didn't fix the problem of the need to post back.
